We offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return items with the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. (This clause does not apply to ski passes)
All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should there be a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period Glencoe Mountain Limited will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation. If you should need to return an item contact Glencoe Mountain Limited by phone or e-mail and inform them of the pending return. (This clause does not apply to ski passes)
Without agreement from Glencoe Mountain Limited shipping/courier/postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend that the returned items are insured when shipped. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.
