

Glencoe Mountain Resort - the perfect setting for individuals, families and groups.
The resort is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty on Rannoch Moor and offers stunning views of the iconic Buachaille Etive Mor.In summer the centre offers mountain biking (Downhill and XC), archery, orienteering, hill-walking, climbing, chairlift rides, photography, trail building, guided walks and home cooked food in the log cabin cafe.
In winter skiing, snowboarding, sledging and avalanche rescue training are available. 19 runs across 7 lifts catering for skiers and boarders of all levels, including the longest and steepest runs in Scotland.
Accommodation, cafe and access chair (weather permitting) are open daily. The Red bike track opens for the season on the 12th May, and the black track will re-open later in the month. date to be confirmed. Round 2 of the SDA downhill bike event this weekend (18th and 19th May). This is a great spectator event and it`s free to watch.
Regular 'Glencoers' will know what a stunning location Glencoe is in and the fantastic skiing and boarding it offers for all levels. Last year we ran a very succesful 'Your Photo' and 'Your Video' section on the website and we plan the same again for 2012/2013. At the end of the season the best photos and best videos submitted during the year will win a day pass valid for the 2013/2014 season.
